S.N.R. Sons Charitable Trust was founded on 9 February 1970, inspired by the vision of the great philanthropist Sri S.N. Rangaswamy Naidu, an ardent devotee of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa. His unwavering mission was to uplift the poor through quality education and accessible healthcare. His four sons carried this legacy forward, establishing a constellation of premier institutions across Coimbatore.

Today, the Trust proudly operates hospitals, engineering, arts and science, nursing, and paramedical colleges, all united by one purpose: to serve humanity with integrity, compassion, and excellence.
